GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Authors should submit only manuscripts that have been carefully proofread. The manuscript is a scientific paper from research results or conceptual ideas written in English. It is an original work (no plagiarism) and has never been published in other media.

WRITING RULES

The manuscript is written 7-10 pages using Costantia font size 10 with 1.00 spacing on A4 size. More details see manuscript template.

Systematics of scriptwriting research results include:

Title uses an effective sentence with a maximum 15 words and given a description of the contract number and source of research funding.

Identity of Author consists of name, affiliation, and email (listed email should be active because of the correspondence by email).

Abstract length is between 150 words and maximum 250 words. Abstract should at least consist of short background of the research, research purposes, method of research, result/findings. Introduction should be clear and provide the legal issue to be discussed in the manuscript. Before the objective, author should provide an adequate background, and very short literature survey in order to record existing solutions, to show in which is the best of previous researchers, to show what do you hope to achieve (to show the limitation), and to show the scientific merit or novelties of the manuscript. At the end, you should explain the urgency and clearly state aims of your study. Research Method is written in descriptive and should provide a statement regarding the methodology of the research, including the type of research, research approach, a source of data and analysis technic. The author should explain the mechanism to analyse the legal issue.

Result and Discussion should be clear and coherently narrated. Discussion should explore the significance of the results of the work, not repeat them. Avoid extensive citations and discussion of published literature. More details see journal template or article published.

The conclusion of the study may be presented in a short conclusion section. The conclusion section should lead the reader to important matters of the manuscript.

Author could also provide suggestion or recommendation related to the object the study which is analysed and to stimulate further research. References are based on article citations. More details see manuscript template.

Notes and References should be written under the Modern Humanities Research Association 3rd Edition Style and the author should use either Zotero or Mendeley reference manager.

Additionally, all authors should accept responsibility for every aspect of the work, ensuring that any concerns regarding the accuracy or integrity of the research are thoroughly investigated and resolved.

Authors are required to disclose the use of generative AI in the writing process when submitting a paper. The following guidelines apply specifically to the writing process and do not concern the use of AI tools for data analysis or research insights:

Authors must disclose the use of generative AI and AI-assisted technologies in the writing process by including a statement at the end of the manuscript upon initial submission. This statement will be included in the published version of the paper and should be placed in a new section before the references. An example of the required format is as follows:

This declaration is not required for the use of basic tools, such as grammar or spelling checkers and reference managers. If no generative AI or AI-assisted technologies were used, no statement is needed.

Note: To protect the confidentiality and intellectual rights of authors, this journal currently prohibits the use of generative AI or AI-assisted tools like ChatGPT by reviewers or editors during the peer review and manuscript evaluation process. The journal is exploring compliant AI tools and may update this policy in the future.
